I honestly want to be able to silence my mind, but I don't have a shotgun with me, I want something that works, not even alcohol works anymore, does anyone have the same problem? I feel cursed by my mind, no one in my entire life has supported me ,because I'm very intense, and every action I do is unstoppable. I want a brake. I'm bipolar just 3 months ago I had the correct diagnosis but I think there are many more hidden things.It's been 3 days since I slept
