I think that with questions like this it depends on what the individual can access, to me Nembutal is the best way to ctb but that isn't even available as an option. Sadly there is just no easy answers as to how to exit this world as sadly we exist in this anti suicide society where we cannot just pass away in peace. If there was a straightforward way to reliably ctb with limited complications I would be long gone at this point.
