I see the OTCs, and saw the comments about them not being the best. I found the site to sale the prescribed ones, but I don't want to wait almost a month. So is there anyone to sale them and get them within a week? Or anywhere I can pick up some good ones either irl or online but don't have to wait a month to get them?

Depending on your country it might be legal to import antipsychotics. In Australia you can import a three month supply of even prescribed medications providing it's not an addictive drug. Or schedule 8. Whatever it is. Things like benzodiazepines, amphetamines, and opioids.

Say you have a migraine and that your headache is giving you nausea. State you have been vomiting from it. It should work.
