• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I almost certainly have it and a therapist claimed I had it in 2013. I'm currently working on getting a diagnosis.

I have been diagnosed with Borderline (sadly you have to say Borderline or people think Bipolar).

I've managed to reduce it by not interacting with 90% of places where a likely conflict would happen.
Rationalisation doesn't work for me as the rational thoughts come AFTER the explosion of emotions.

I still occasionally punch my thighs in frustration and anger.

I live a life that mostly avoids conflict now because I know I could snap at any second. This obviously limits my life, but it's better.
