Questions about SN & nitrogen exit bags

How much SN is fatal?
I've heard that SN can cause vomiting, how do I prevent that?

Last time I tried nitrogen hypoxia: I failed.
When I posted about it, I mentioned that I laid in bed as I did it.
I was told sitting up is the proper position in which it should be done.
Do I need to restrain myself to a chair, or can it be done sitting on a couch without any restraints?

Have you noticed any long term issues from your attempt? It sounds like you didn't rip off the bag so you might just need restraints so you don't fall over.

Thankfully, I haven't experienced any memory loss, brain damage, or any other long-term side effects. I fell out of my bed, onto the floor which caused bleeding. I only pulled the bag off once I noticed the blood. what types of restraints would you recommend? Would you recommend restraining myself to a couch, chair, or something else?

Personally I'm aiming for a situation that makes rolling around difficult which sort of sounds like what happened to you.

The reason for at least elevating your head is so gravity helps push the o2 and co2 down and out of the bag.

For what I've understood, muscle spasms are likely to occur and there's the chance they push your device and stop the desired dynamics.
If I had decided to CTB with N2 exit bag (not so unlikely), I think I would tie the cylinder to a table leg, sit on a chair with arm rests (to not fall from it or slide horizontally as in the couch scenario) and, after putting down the bag, maybe have handcuffs on my wrists to not poke the bag unvoluntarily.
