Method Questions about SN and partial

Has anyone tried setting up a fake business to order 98% laboratory grade SN?
- Is it really necessary?
- What advice would you give for SN method?
- Where can I order high-grade SN without raising suspicion?

The ordering and delivery process worries me the most since I don't live alone and sufficiently prepping it might be an issue.
My folks know that I'm suicidal and are extremely pro-life lol. Not only that, they really hate me and want nothing more than to see me miserable or locked up in psych-ward.

- What to do and not to do for partial?
- Tried a bunch of times and just get pain around the neck and the head exploding feeling (I'm using an 5mm thick audio wire and a self made chin-up bar)

This should work, but so far the discomfort has been too great to fully commit.
