Thats the information im trying to get. I just want it to be right and not a lie that makes me believe in an exit plan thinking it will kill me , but then it wont. That would be traumatizing.

Please don't do this as your chosen method. I feel I can speak for all here in saying that you are going to be in agony for weeks. There are many other methods less traumatic than this. There is plenty of information in the resources section here.I read the ressource option already,
I cant do the exit bag or carbon monoxide method. Hanging sounds just like a way to end up as vegetable. Sn is unattainable in my country. There is no jumping place close. And i dont think i will succeed jumping in front of a train. So someone pls give me a way out.

The Carbon Monoxide method is relatively easy to organise and to achieve. Location is the only thing that will be of concern.I kinda need to know ( as an exit plan). If 30 grams of paracetamol, ingested on empty stomach will kill me even though it might take some time.
