not really suicide related but I just to ask people who have an eating disorder on the getting skinny side, I know that it's something that many people have suffered from but I feel like I'm suffering more from being fat than anything, so how do you guys employ the most extreme methods to stay lean even at the cost of muscle mass and being weak and so on, I dont care, I'd rather be lean with an eating disorder than be a fat disgusting pig with an eating disorder.

Pls give me your best advice and tips on how to do this.

I once struggled with and ed, but it was bcs I developed this irrational fear of most foods and just ate only porridge and some sweets for a while, I was very skinny.
If you are overweight and want to loose weight quickly, you could just try eating like way less, only eat porridge or oats or whatever, leave out sugary drinks if u drink those. But if u can, I'd recommend starting to work out and trying to control your diet, so you can loose weight, but also build your body in the process. I've been working out for 2 years now, granted I had an easier starting point (being skinny), but yeah you can completely change your body in 2 years, even just one year. Technically if you'd rlly commit, you'd def have a very aesthetically pleasing body in 2 years, if that's what you're after, mby I'm just obsessed with aesthetics idk

Yeah then unfortunately you'll have to eat way way less, that's usually the only way. Inducing vomiting won't help you. If it's too difficult, I think doctors can prescribe certain medication to quell your hunger, but idk how the healthcare situation in your country is
meds obviously are pretty expensive where I live but I know I should just not eat but what I'm asking for is strategies on how to do it
You'll need to build up a certain sense of discipline in terms of your diet, which is gonna be difficult and very uncomfortable at first. If you eat a lot of sugary stuff for example, id remove those almost entirely

Some people I know lost weight by consuming lots of amphetamines as you lose all appetite on them and basically struggle to eat anything at all. But it is certainly not healthy. Try to drink at least enough water, if you decide to do it regardless. But extreme diets aren't healthy in general even without consuming drugs on top of it.
If you want to try a healthier way of losing weight find out how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight (there are calculators on the internet) and then eat this amount minus 500 calories a day. Doing sports on a regular basis also helps, but make sure you don't compensate by eating more after exercising. You should also make sure you still consume enough proteins despite eating less. You should eat at least 0.8g of protein per kg of your normal weight, i.e. the weight you would have with a normal BMI, more if you do lots of sports and/or are a senior citizen. If you do it the healthy way you can expect to lose approx. 0.5 kg per week, but it will be easier to maintain this diet for a long time and not regain your weight compared to more extreme diets that make you lose weight faster.
