Query regarding inhaling helium as method of CTB

Hello everyone,

I hope you are all well although I can completely empathize if your not.

I have decided to ctb because my emotional suffering is unbearable. My method of ctb will be helium inhalation by putting my head in an exit bag and filling it with helium directly from a canister. I have chosen this method is because it is supposedly the least painful method.

I am just wondering what is the minimum helium purity I need for this method to work as I'm terrified of the plan failing and potentially being left with permanent brain damage. Will balloon grade helium be sufficient? I am obsessed with the perfect plan. Also what type of exit bag should I use?

All opinions and advice welcome from anyone that wants to give it.

It wont work. Helium tanks contain a percentage of air to prevent this. Even with other inert gasses, you need a very long continuous rate of exposure over a long period of time, with complicated and expensive equipment.
Invest the time to read pinned information. After a certain number of messages, youre allowed to use the Search tool. There is no easy way to go. It's even harder to find the courage to do so, even if you think you're sure. People spend months and years doing research, and wanting a way out.
Very sorry you feel so desperate. Unfortunately medical ethics are not understanding of this form of suffering.

I know you're set on helium at the moment, but it might be a good idea to look over all the viable options before making a decision.

Yes & yes but also no. That's an accurate description of balloon helium, but pure helium is still available where pure inert gasses are sold.
