i Want to CTB using SN.I have 1kg SN,metoclopramide but I don't have diazepam as given in PPEH. Can I substitute it with something else? I currently have 4.75 mg clonazepam and 75 mg mirtazapine. Do you have any suggestions on what I should do?

PPeH lists Clonazepam under supplementary drugs but then doesn't under SN protocol. I tend to think that's an erroneous omission.

Unfortunately PPeH recommend 100mg of Clonazepam though.

After the main component (SN), I think the antiemetic ranks 2nd in terms of importance. The other supplementary drugs are indeed useful, but essentially are not integral part of the basic SN poisoning mechanics inside the body. I personally only have access to meto, SN and a prescription antipsychotic drug Quetiapine which I plan on taking since I get debilitating anxiety amd panic attacks sometimes.

Yeah, unfortunately for my situation, I can't seem to source meto. So, I'm kinda stuck right now? Lol

I understand why you feel that way. Yes, dopamine-blocking antiemeitcs are highly recommended by the PPeH other sources, although it has been observed in some successful SN ctb attempts that the individual didn't use Dopamine-blocking antiemetics, some didn't eve use anything at all for vomiting and still achieved to successful attempt. It is really hard to make a fool-proof regime and claim that it surely works 100% because individuals react differently to various drugs. Goodluck

As I understand, meto is most important (if you have it), to take with SN as antiemetic. As for benzos/similar, I'd suggest testing it for its calming/sedative effects. I'm planning to test diphenhydramine this weekend. I think it's important to know the effect on you as individual since I've seen some attempts postponed because of too much drowsiness before taking SN. Wishing you all the best.
