• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    šŸ‘‰ View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I am considering full suspension hanging with the kind of pullup bat that is set on the floor, NOT anchored to the wall. Would this be too unreliable? Are there other things I should pay attention to, like the exact materials it's made of?

I would get something heavy to out on the legs of the pullup bar. I have a power tower (pullup + dips) and my tiny ass has almost knocked it over from wiggling on it too much.

Damn. What could you place there, though? The heavist thing I own is a pc, but uhh it would probably tip over itself. (And i am too fond of that thing to throw it under the bus like that.)

Maybe sand bags would work? Or any heavy bag of something. Even the giant bags of dog kibble might work.
