Venting Public suicide as a statement

I wanna preface by clarifying that I'm not actually planning this for the near future, I'm just contemplating the idea.

In my tiny community, it's likely that my attempt will make it into national news. Lately, I've been seriously considering increasing that possibility by making it public myself, at least by posting a note prior or doing it in a public location.

I won't get any sympathy from the community, I'm the embodiment of everything they campaign against. What I want to make known is that their messaging isn't helping anyone, that they can't erase the existence of people like me, and that my seemingly perfectly good life on paper is nothing but. To put it simply, I'm bitter, and I know people will speculate, so why not tell them exactly what hurt me.

I also want to be known by the people who share my story, I'm certain there are more of them than I would guess. Even when I'm dead, especially when I'm dead, I want them to know my name.

Decision is up to you and what statment u might or the lack of statment u want to do with your suicide if it makes u feel that u might have a impact and feel its the right thing to do go for it. I guess my biggest statment would be blowing my brain out infront of all the people that hurt me in some way but i personally steer away from making those thoughts reality as i want my future suicide to be intimate and personal to those i care about

Bullies are nasty people who would probably enjoy the show. I know something that would hurt them but I'm not going to mention it because it's unethical. Sometimes we should just take the high road and disappear quietly into the abyss

If no one listens to you in life, sometimes the only way to be heard is in death. But even then, a lot of people will go to great lengths not to listen. They will blame it on your mental illness and on the fact that you didn't reach out for help. Some will even use it as evidence that you are psychologically unstable and therefore not worth listening to. You will have to be VERY clear in your suicide note that they were responsible for your death and that no amount of therapy or medication would fix the way they destroyed your life. (And that's assuming they don't find a way to cover up your suicide note. If you're going to do this, send the note to at least two people you trust (you can time the email for 1-2 days after your suicide) with instructions to make it public.)

In short, there is no guarantee that this won't backfire.
