Pros and cons of sending a scheduled email vs letting people just find me?

Right now it looks like it's going to be SN. I'd be doing it in my own private apartment, alone. Trying to decide whether I should schedule a group email to family and friends with subject line "If you are reading this, it means I am already dead"..... Or just letting them figure it out on their own when I don't respond to messages for a while.

Thoughts?

Well honestly. If you do a email. They can prepare themselves for the sight. If you don't. Then its just, " yo bro you go- HOLY SHI-" the shock could scar them even more. Preferably the email. But hey! Its your choice.

Why I don't recommend suicide notes

Send the email otherwise days could go by. Seeing a fresh corpse is better than a rotting one.
