Method Propranolol

I was prescribed this by a nurse a few months ago for social anxiety, have 2 bottles of it. I know that it's recommended in the PPH to ease heart palpitations during SN toxicity but that the price of obtaining it outweighs its efficacy.

But by itself, does anyone have any experience taking Propranolol in high doses?
