I have contacted two pharma and they do not ship to my location, although propanolol is no longer suggested by ppeh, i have everything else, i should try to get it in one more or its ok.

it's only to slow down your heart to reduce your anxiety. FFS you are shutting your body down permanently expect bit of discomfort as you die. im taking SN without. some valium for me only (which not gonna help me as my daily dosage is 60mg valium and 100mg zoplicone so my tolerance will stop any anxiety reduction) i think the dizziness, naseau, etc will bother me more, i dont care wont last long

Try going to your doctor saying you need to give a speech and need some for the physical effects of stage fright. I swear it will work
