The forum has been malfunctioning all day, it has been very frustrating and it reminds me as to why I hate the internet, but sadly it's just the way that things are.
Yes. I had a lot of trouble logging into (or "onto") site this morning (U.S. West coast). And during sessions since then, I keep getting interrupted for site or cloudflare (is that a server?) to check over and over that I'm a human. I think I am, but that might be relative. Pretty annoying.
