24 hours is too long, there's way too much stomach acid built up after 24 hours. If 24 hours were best, the protocol would say 24 hours.If im being honest other than the nausea (that only lasted long enough to urge me to call 911 and then went away once i called) it felt great, the feeling of dying is oddly pleasurable to me. If there was a drug that made me feel that way id be addicted to it
No thats the only thing i did properly lol. No food and barely a drink for 24 hours prior
I didnt remember what the protocol said about fasting tbh, doesnt matter because when i get out of the ward im gonna try PSH instead, less messy and less room for error i feel
I don't know that psh is a foolproof way to go, it has quite a lot of room for error, esp compared to fsh, psh takes a lot of tenacity and if you're prone to backing out of things it won't work well
Hey, I'm wondering if you have any lasting effects? Like do you feel like your thinking is different or have you been having any other symptoms that could indicate mild brain damage, that's one of my fears with SN that if it doesn't work or I end up calling 911 or something that it will give me brain damage.

After my first attempt with SN fell through i looked up how chris cornell died even though i really didnt want to and he did it with a bath towel. I was shocked! If someone can do it with a towel around a door knob or something quick like that it cant be that hard!! My idea was a bed sheet around a tree or one of its branches

We spoke in pm 2 days ago, she told me she would go to a concert, then go in an isolated location try to do a psh with her iPhone charging cable

Let's wait and see, maybe she just took a break of the forum or so too. I believe it's highly possible it's just this. Ofc it's possible to psh with almost every kind of rope but I'm hopefully not sure it would be easy with a phone charger and that she succeeded.
I told her it was probably not the best option, but I've no news since then.
