Private message requirements???

Hi,

I'm new around here ( although lurking for a while)have made a few posts and can see I have received pms which I cannot view…

What is the requirement, I can prove to admin that I am a genuine member with valid questions by sending images…

Would just like some clarity?

To see private chat messages you need to be able to access public chat which has a higher post and time requirement. Use conversations for now to talk to others. What I do when someone uses the chat function with me but they can't see the messages is I make a new conversation for both of us.

You have to have made a certain amount of posts and been on this site for a certain amount of time
