Everytime I take my vitamins with no food. It makes me vomit.

Haven't eaten in 8 hours too.

Digging my nails into the palm of my hand helped me with the initial onset of stomach ache.

Idk what makes me vomit but I take iron, B12 and a huge multi vitamin pill.

I tried to keep it in, I tried to not vomit. But I think that it's not something I can control…

The actual vomiting wasn't even bad… it's just the initial feeling of stomach ache + a little hot flash that feels bad. It's not painful tbh just uncomfortable.

I definitely think I got some of my vitamins down.

The last time I vomited my vitamins was when I ate them with yogurt (I guess it wasn't enough food to coat my stomach) and when I vomited there was way more black stuff in the vomit (the black is the iron pill being dissolved), today however there was literally only a little bit of black stuff… like 1/2 or 1/4 the amount.

Going to keep doing this. To find ways to sooth myself when it happens and to desensitize myself, and eventually see if Meto has any effect.

I don't think it's worth causing yourself more suffering. Being sick for whatever reason is unpleasant. I don't think there's a way to desensitise yourself to it. I could be wrong though.

It's just to mentally desensitize myself… and try different things that help to soothe
