The Rebreather websight's certificate has expired. Ppeh says r2d inventor, Richard has been uncontactable. :( I liked the feeling of the Nitrogen though it didn't work for me so I thought this was the best bet. Wish there was someone who doesn't want theirs.

I do not own a cell phone, a car, and have to have internet or not function in today's society at all. But then you must be able to work for a living or you would realize that government offices require that everything be done online, including pensioners, people on sick leave, and for covid recovery. There is no alternative.

To clarify (I subscribed to PPeH in December) - photo ID is required for PPeH subscription. But the age of 50 is required just join the discussion forum.

No, you have to be >50 or seriously ill. A Photo ID is required, nothing else if you are >50. I don't know about the requirements for those who are seriously ill but under 50.

Just based on a couple of posts I've read, it seems like they might make exceptions for those under 50 with an injury or illness, but I have no idea what their exact criteria is.
