POTS, OCD, psychosis, CPTSD and possibly ADHD or Bipolar (my psychiatrist says) and the cherry on top insomnia, I AM TIRED

I refuse to live like this more than 3 months, I wanna have my fun and then fuck off, I tried fixing myself but with insomnia it is IMPOSSIBLE, I can run away from it from some time but it will catch me, and with so many other things I doubt I'd wanna live either way. I just wish I can have some fun before finally catching that fucking bus in October
