  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at admin@sanctioned-suicide.net.

Toast.

Bread or bagels or English muffins. Covered in anything from just margarine to garlic "butter" spread to peanut butter to cream cheese.

If I can put in a little more effort, frozen cubed hashbrowns fried in way too much margarine, seasoned with garlic and onion powder, covered in Cheez Whiz [the stuff in the jar] and ketchup at the end. I lived on that while on welfare, costs $2-$3 for a 2lb bag of those hashbrowns, it's cheap as shit.

I do this and if I have my own cheese at home I'll put some extra on. And chili crisp or hot sauce.

Air!

Or for something more physical, I like to go to a buffet when I'm depressed, keeps me full for days and don't need to feel guilty since I'm spreading out the calories (I wish that was how it worked). For something more realistic (i,e, when I am broke) I like pitta bread and cheese spread. Easy to dip.

hot chocolate. it's warm, its fast, it's easy. if i put milk in it, it's enough nutrients and protein to keep me fueled for a little while. milk by itself is also one of my go-to meals for when i have no energy to prepare anything for myself, or can't bear to digest any food i already have.

a banana
  • requires almost no effort to prepare, just peel
  • easy disposal
  • If you peel it right, no mess on your hands. unlike something like an apple, where there will be mess
  • it's soft, so you don't have to factor in will to chew
  • it's sweet, therefore tasty
  • it's yellow. good colour to brighten up your day
  • in touch with your ancestors

A painkiller for the hunger-induced headache and esomeprazole for the nausea /hj

Alternatively, a boiled (or pressure-cooked) sweet potato. It's soft so it's easy to get down and the flavour profile is just mildly sweet, which is helpful if you don't have an appetite. If you eat it whole and unpeeled there isn't even any prep involved.

Cuppa soup with a nest of noodles dropped in (noodles are usually cooked enough by the time its a drinkable temp - and a nice warming mug to hug). My go-to comfort flavour is tomato.
