I'm thinking of attempting in my car at night. I'm not sure if I will be found in the morning, as I'm attempting in a parking lot. I reckon even though cars will be in and out I won't be found for a day or longer? I'd rather be found before bloating or decomp but it might not be possible. Thoughts?

Leave your windows open maybe, blare some music and leave it on. Maybe stick on the emergency lights, anything to attract more attention.
Small chance you might just slump down and headbutt the wheel horn for a few minutes. That would probably be quickest for discovery. Though now that I think about it, it doesn't seem like something that happens outside of fiction.
How concerned are you for the shock factor this may cause? Cause parking on a public street as opposed to a parking lot might get you a quicker notice.
