I Have No Long Term Plans For This Body

Been trying to CTB since 7, and my suicidal ideation has only gotten worse. I've been trying to get better. But this is the choice I truly want , especially After losing basically my entire life I'm the last 48 hours. I took the plunge and went down town in my city and scored some fent. Literally took 5 minutes (I live in bad city and went to basically the worst part)
I use to use fent at 14-18, but only ever smoked it. Never shot it up. I have a syringe and the basic supplies, but need harm reduction (ironic Ik) tips for my first time shooting up, l've done plenty of research, but still would like someone with first hand knowledge shooting to help me a bit to better ease my anxiety.
I'm quite determined, if I don't od off the f alone, I have a built and will attempt to psh while in in a nodding state to make it easier.
And IF THAT doesn't work, I will be taking a cab to a location that's had a drop off of around 120 feet / 27 meters.

Ghetto ass supplies but it what it got, Ik the shot prob looks like shit as I e never made one before. So seriously any drug users who have shot up before please help me for harm reduction, I want to die peacefully. Not of some gnarly disease or arm complication because I'm dumb and can't shoot
Paracord is for tourniquet, syringe for syringe reasons. Cotton swab for filter, ( fresh clean water bottle beside me Un pictured. ) alcohol prep pads, hand sanitizer
And I also got a pipe to try to od via smoking if I can't for some reason shoot up , I used to use foil but ironically enough, the convenience store I went to that was open last night when I picked up didn't have tinfoil, but they had pipes so, they've worked for me when I used to use fentanyl in in the past so whatever.
