Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

i've been planning on partial or full suspension hanging for my method as i do not have enough money to get a firearm or nitrogen/helium/etc. and it seems like the closest (relatively) painless option. i don't have a good place to do a full suspension as i live in an apartment without anything that could hold my weight, but i think i can use my doorframe for partial suspension. however, i am absolutely terrified of surviving the attempt and being permanently disabled from it. i've heard stories of people losing the ability to speak, developing chronic pain, etc and it's been making me hold off to this point. ive tried to find resources for it but ive struggled to find anything concrete, i assume i just havent looked hard enough. if anyone has any resources or suggestions they can offer i would greatly appreciate them, thank you

I've tried partial 3 ways and all failed. No issues other than neck pain, splinting headache and eye pain. As well as severely tired. I'd suggest looking into the method where you tie a rope to a small weight and hang over door and the other side will be a noose. You can also try a door pull up bar or a free standing bar. I'll be trying the free standing pull up bar for full suspension since I'm short. It seems the best way to go since partial is very tricky. There are many videos for both ways so just do your research and test before you go through with it. No need to suffer any more than you already have.

Would you mind explaining what happened when you tried partial 3 ways and what you think caused it to fail?
