Benzos are impossible to obtain and I get thrown off by how casually people here mention the fact that they'll be doing SN with benzos that it's almost like a flex.

Also I'd be interested in knowing what modifications to protocol people make to accommodate not having one of them.

I'm quite lucky to have lorazepam prescribed. I said to my psychiatrist I was buying it on the street and he said he will prescribe them to me so he can control how many I was having and knows they are proper benzos rather than street drugs to protect me so that worked in my case

SN is my second choice. As far as what I've seen something to resist vomiting is absolutely needed, but for me something to remain calm is also. The difference is one is readily available. The other isn't. If I can get benzos, I can get my first choice probably. So 2 is unlikely for me is how it appears.

They're not impossible but I would agree they are difficult to obtain. You can get them from a doctor if you lie about panic attacks, but they're highly unlikely to give you many and getting the prescription refilled may be difficult.

The other routes are darkweb, research chemicals, and traveling to another country like Mexico. May be limited by your finances and/or risk tolerance here.

I'm looking at alternative methods, but if it comes down to SN, I plan on combining whatever small amount of benzos I can get from my doctor with a large (200-400mg) dose of propranolol. Propranolol is sedating and helps with the heart palpitations, and will work synergistically with the benzos to hopefully knock you out quick.

A smaller dose can also help with pre CTB anxiety, it's specifically prescribed, outside of its primary usage as a blood pressure medication, for people with stage fright and social anxiety.
