Please review my SN Method

I would appreciate any critical feedback on how I could improve this, and any red flags you may notice.
For reference, I am 25 and around 61kg.

Regime Duration: 2 Days

Fasting Periods
48 hours before - Light food and snacks only
24 hours before - Light food and snacks only, decrease food intake
8-12 hours before - Begin hard fast of no food or water

Pantoprazole / Tecta [Protein Pump Inhibitor] (40mg x Twice a day for 2 days and 1 hour before SN)
Cimetidine / Tagamet [H2 Antagonist] (800mg taken 40min before SN)
Propranolol [Beta Blocker] (200-300mg mixed and taken same time as SN)
SN (20mg in 50ml water)
Peppermint candy taken during regime if nausea occurs

In my case I prefer to take propranolol 1hr before SN. Because vomiting the first SN is possible.
If Pentoprazole and cimetidine are antiacide they must not be take together

Thank you!! You're right, they are almost the same although there's conflicting information about the PPIs.

I think I might take one or the other, and may not need both.

Seems like I would need to take the PPI for at least 1-2 weeks for it to be effective on the day of my CTB. Whereas, there is no such restrictions like that with the Cimetidine. Hmm.

Stan recommended not using a PPI. I have them but won't be using them, the less pills in my system the better.

I'm going stat dose like LetzteAusfahrt - paraceomol, antacid (he didn't use antacid I think but I will), then 25g SN in 50ml water.

Then a cigarette - don't know if that makes a difference but he was out in 5 minutes - maybe it further reduces the oxygen in the blood stream by CO binding to blood cells as well?

Anyone know if you can take Benzos to calm you?

This is an old thread and @sephlove last seen was June 2021.

I think it depends on where you live; Most local online pharmacies and small pharmacies in Indonesia don't request prescription eventhough the government is ruling them. If there's stock then seller will sell.
