If only Microsoft would bring back clippy. "I see you're trying to write a suicide note, let me help". But for real, personally I feel like that's something you should write because you know exactly how you're feeling and your motivations behind why you're choosing to ctb. @Mäximum gave a good checklist of sorts of what they would include :
- The reason why I did it
- Things I valued
- Things I absolutely hated
- Answer questions which haven't been answered before
- Say things I always wanted to say
- My view on suicide
- A list of important or expensive items and what should happen to them

I don't know your specifics, but here are a few ideas that may help:
1. None of this is anybodies fault.
2. My fear of living is more intense than my fear of dying.
3. My decision is a logical one as opposed to an impulsive emotional one.
4. I've been too strong for far too long, yet now my battle is over.
