It's not directly specified, but the way I interpreted it (and I think I saw other people interpret it similarly) is that you can't directly suggest methods, only give factual information. I could be wrong, though.

There are no quick and easy ways. It takes a lot of time and effort, and even thenn, there are no guarantees that you will be successful. Statistically much more likely that you will fail. This is well established in the literature.

yeah that indeed seems impossible to do survival instinct wise. Depending on what exactly blackout means in this context, as in are you unconscious to a point that you wont wake up due to breathing water instead of air or not.
