SN is increasingly harder to get your hands on. I luckily got it by using my university email and pretending to need it ASAP for an experiment. They somehow believed it, or frankly didn't care.
I'm not sure you'll have much luck asking for sources here: people tend to withhold them understandably.
I wish you the best, nonetheless. I had my first watermelon in Romania.
