Hi beautiful people.

I bought SN and planning to do it in next 2 weeks.

The thing is because I don't live alone, I asked my friend to keep it until when I need it. It is been about a month it is kept in my friend's house. And in this month weather had been really, abnormally hot in my country.

Can this be a problem? Does heat change SN? It is properly sealed and had not been opened. It has been kept in closed shelf with no light.

Please help me on this if you know.

Ideally, it shouldn't be stored above about 23C.

it should be stored in room temperature but if you didn't open it i guess hot weather won't change the chemical balance. at least that's what i have read in similar threads

Where did you hear that? I thought up to 30 was fine.

Also, my AC is pretty strong so the room temperature goes down like 2-3° when it turns on and back up when it turns off throughout the day. Does anyone know if fluctuations like this are a problem for SN?

Yes it's ok. SN loses its form only above 300 °C. The enemies are humidity and air.

Thank you so much! That's a relief.

Can I ask you, if you know it for a fact or saw from somebody else's post or reply? Sorry for this question, but I don't want to suffer needlessly because of some changes in SN, so trying to be 100 percent sure.

Section "Melting Point" or "Decomposition"

Note that in the PPH, SN has the best score concerning storage (4/5)

Do you know if fluctuations from an AC/heater like I said in my last post will affect it? Also, you said moisture was bad but touching a sealed container with sweaty/clammy hands should be okay, right? Not like they're dripping wet, but I think I have some mild sweaty palm condition.

Well maybe don't put it near a heater? Even though it wouldn't be very concerning since SN loses its form above 300 °C.

Concerning clammy hands, I don't think it's a big deal, just make sure the container is sealed.

Maybe it is a stupid question, but can anything happen to it before decomposition? Any change in its structure that can make my attempt unsuccessful or create suffering without accomplishing its intended purpose? I guess any little change can have a significant affect considering what I am going to use it for. Does it stay as it is until 300C?

I don't think there is any trouble below 100 °C.

I have no control over the heater, so I hope it's alright when it turns on. I live in a small place, so it's not very far from the unit. But the air condition and small fluctuations are okay?
Also, one more thing if you don't mind. The SN is in a box that's in a drawer just to the left of a window. It's fine, right? That's not direct sunlight? I have a small place as I said so there's really nowhere else to put it. It's a black drawer though if that matters, black absorbs more sunlight.

You've got a lot of questions I need to think it through. Maybe others can react.

Spontaneously I'd say everything's ok.

Bumping for this question in case anyone knows more. The AC turns on and off like every 15-30 minutes and is very cold.
