It is incredibly unlikely that you would or even could succeed. I strongly advise you to not use a knife. It's very difficult to do for a plethora of reasons and if you attempted it would likely leave you worse off than you are now. I'm so sorry that you're struggling and that life has led you to this point though. I hope you are able to find your peace.
