Day before:
8:00PM: Last meal
10PM: 3 - 5 shots of Everclear
Play games till i black out.

Day of
5PM: Just enjoy Music play games, Also begin water fasting now.
8:00PM - 1000mg of paracetamol, make sure its in so that i dont feel pain or headaches (Panadol)
8:15PM - Take 35mg of metoclopramide. in total, Extra just because im small, and might throw up from the SN
9:00PM - Put on my playlist after the first song, Drink SN have 2 extra Cups on the side of 75ml with 25g of SN in each, (3 if i cant get get any antiemetics)
** maybe 8:30PM - take diazepam 50x10mg or oxazepam 20x30mg
I tried to understand how to test SN but i couldnt figure it out, Ill make a post with SN Testing Procedure when i feel comfortable with how im gonna test it
Im also not sure how im going to get the meto, i feel like im so bad at lying for stuff like this and idk how i would get it? Any Sources online that could be provided? And is there anything i should look into before trying to set up an appointment if there is?
