Help Pills to reduce pain

I was originally gonna try SN through DMC but it was too expensive so I switched to the carbon monoxide poisoning method but that needed a CO meter and too much planning. I attempted to hang myself but that was too painful, and my parents took the rope. Now my only option is cutting through the radial artery and bleeding out.

I've tried to start but it's hard with all the pain of cutting, are there pills to reduce the pain/numb my arm that U could recommend? I need something that isn't too hard to get ...

Afaik SN is available relatively easy in your country (I agree, DMC is way overpriced and don't worry you probably missed nothing only trouble with customs formalities), also "prescription meds" should fairly easily be available without prescription. However, Benzos my be a prob. The CO method in Egypt is only a good idea in winter. Afaik local Amazon sells tents if you consider this method.

Most of these methods are available here, the problem is I'm not crafty enough to get em. I can probably get most pills under the counter, I jus don't know how to talk em into it like most Egyptians do with cash.

Economical situation, lack of support for certain things in Egypt, emotional instability because I'm bipolar, lack of relationships and loneliness, lack of motivations, etc
Mostly idk tho, I don't know why
