so apparently subliminals to make you kill yourself are probably illegal, so is there anyway to physically restrict myself from getting up during partial hanging

I know what subliminals are, what subliminal means. I more wanted to know in what context, and by what means, you wanted to utilize subliminal messages to "help" with your ctb. What types of subliminal messaging and where would you get them? Would you create them yourself? Surely, they cannot be "illegal", as you say, if they are self-created and directed only towards oneself? Or, were you desiring someone else to direct them towards you with the intent of encouraging your ctb?
