ur right. the mental suffering and inner turmoil is so debilitating. yet because we look fine on the outside we are expected to do tasks that feel impossible to us. normies will never be able to empathize or understand where we are coming from.

I just think that people who have never been in a similar situation themselves would never be able to fully understand what we go through. We all experience life differently after all. The fact that other people can invalidate what we go through and just make things worse is why I always see it as better to not open up about our suffering. But people can certainly be cruel and the cruelty of people doesn't even surprise me anymore.
