Is there a way to commit it without leaving any trace e.g. in a blood screening but at the same time dying peaceful and quick?

She's on the verge of getting helium poisoning before her mum realizes what's happening, panics and wakes her up. It wasn't intentional, and blimey, that face – that's when I decided I'd go for the helium. She didn't want to die, but the look on her face as she started to feel unwell… The blankness. You just drift off peacefully. No blood. You just die. Just two minutes where your brain disconnects.

It's heavily documented with research papers. Just type on scholar.google.com "Suicide Helium" you'll find tons of stuff. And it's cheap too. Depending on where you're on earth, this suicide method will cost you between $10 and $200.

The only problem with this method is that you might mess it up. Your head tilts, a bit of air manages to get in, or even if you have a moment of clarity just as you're about to pass out, you might switch off the helium and start breathing fresh air. Then you're really in deep trouble and most of the time you end up with very serious after-effects.
Helium suicide is easy on the paper, but there are A LOT of ways you can mess it up.

Ok the other way I was thinking is insulin overdose but I don't know if I could insert it into my bloodstream without a needle and if it's peaceful/quick
