Peaceful way out

Hi I'm in the UK I cannot get hold of any SN I tried suspended hanging but my body panicks. Is there any peaceful ways out of this life apart from SN?
Just seems all the other ways have to be so violent and risky with it not going correctly.
I thought about nitrogen gas but even that's risky

Now that SN is gone I'm considering CO. Been reading about it, seems like you have to do test runs and make sure the space maintains 10k PPM for at least a while, to be safe. But a couple of deep breaths and you pass out if you can get it to 12-13k ish. Sounds even more peaceful than SN if you can pull it off

I wish there is, it's all I hope for, I see so much cruelty in how the option to cease existing in peace that is guaranteed is denied with the suffering and torture of existing seen as to force and prolong no matter what, all I want is to peacefully cease existing, I wish for no more pain and no more suffering, I just wish to be free from this horrific anti-suicide world, I hope you find peace.

Fentanyl pads. I read different articles that a OD is very easy to get from these pads. If you can access them. In germany I found out that they are accessible with a special prescription. Patients with cancer or fibromyalgia couod get it.

So options are to fake the prespriction (2 parts) and hope they are so stupid and won't call the fake doctor lol or get legal prescription (could be) or find a ill person and steal their fentanyl. Often old people have such pads or morphin. But I try getting fenta now.

I first tried to trigger cardiac arrest with spironolacton and eating bananas (high potassium). But it isn't really working, it is hard and I have now some pain in my chest and other side effects but not in a dying way. I feel ok, and nothing really can show if maybe the next days will be my last. Fentanyl would have been better because you just fall asleep, especially with alcohol maybe vodka it has high mortality risk within 24 hours.

Painless
Fast
Reliable

This is a very big, final decision, and unless you have access to firearms, it's going to take some planning and possibly trial and error if you don't want to end up worse off than you already are.

Bananas aren't high enough in potassium to trigger cardiac arrest. One banana has like 13% percent of your daily value. You'd be full before it would be lethal. Potassium can be bought over the counter but it's only like 2% per pill. A potassium prescription would be needed for a lethal amount in a smaller amount of pills. Magnesium is over the counter and can cause cardiac arrest in large amounts but youd most likely defecate yourself a lot first.
