PC SN Efficacy

Can people please speak to the strength and efficacy of PC SN? It's all I have access to right now, and I need to know if it will work. Feel free to DM me with any other US SN sources.

I've seen a few failed attempts on this site that claimed it was pc sn. I would be reluctant to trust the source unless you have a way to have it tested in a lab.
