Cry of Fear, the soundtrack is also good. The music was made by Andreas Rönnberg who was depressive/suicidal during that time while he made those tracks.

I know my profile speaks for itself, but if you're interested in lore-packed and sort of visual novel type games, you should try the PSX game for Serial Experiments Lain. Its kinda slow and wonky n stuff but its one of the only media out there that made me feel like someone looked into my brain and made a whole game out of it. There's an online emulation of the game for PC if you would like to try :) its on laingame.net !

edit: For more explanation its about the story of a 12 year old girl named Lain who suffers from a variety of mental health issues as she begins talking with a counselor/doctor named Touko who also has her own problems. It involves themes of fragmented identity, hallucinations, delusions, abuse, and suicide, along with some Y2K technology elements. You get to listen in on their own respective diaries, their counseling sessions, and there are movie clips where you get to see what's going on visually as if it were an anime. There is no specific order to go through each node (which includes one of the three mentioned), but if you do prefer a linear story there is a guide out there !! :D

ps. if you leave lain idle on the screen and let her cycle through at least 3 animations you will get a little cutscene each time :)

I think the games we want are not about sucide specifically but all of the struggles and suffering we get through each day of our lives that we can't solve. It really depends on each person at what point the video game can reach and change someone's life. Many times I have researched games about suicide and they are very superficial, that only stay in the act itself or something idk im tired of writing maybe you understand what I mean.
Anyways, I recommend everything is going to be ok and beeswing, both of them are up to 80% off on steam right now.

You can't progress without giving the right answers so it's quite pro-life in that regard.
