I have a ceiling hook in my room that is roughly 3ft away from a place where I can stand/sit/lie down (my bed). Would the setup in the diagram work, or would the angle mess up the partial hanging? I would just move the furniture that's in the way of me standing directly below the hook but I'm afraid doing so may wake up my flatmates.
