Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Has anyone had to practice hanging to finally get the nerve to fully go through with it? I'm at the end of my rope, but I'm hoping I can go through with it if I keep practicing

Have you gotten to the stage where you feel you are able to pass out if you hold on for longer?

I practiced. I experimented with attaching a rope to some weights and throwing them over the back of a couch. I couldn't get that to work for me. I also did partial hanging with a belt in my door frame. That worked well. I practiced daily for a bit over a week. My last practice attempt was almost accidentally successful, but the belt wasn't properly secured and came loose when I blacked out and my full weight was on it. Some other people seem to have trouble with it, so I guess it's different for everyone. It was almost too easy for me though. I will say that when you start to practice, make sure you're actually ready to go, just in case.

I can't go longer than 5 seconds without just freaking out from the discomfort/tingling/vision dimming :( it depresses the fuck out of me then my life gets worse, faster.
