Apparently they kept tapeing her for days , letting her apply the string on her neck / they did this over a course of days because on the day she died you can see the time stamp with a difference date / that was the day she died ,this girl was mentally ill and locked in a prison/ I don't blame the poor girl , her hell was living in a prison..I was in a psych ward for awhile and it's not a nice place .More depressing being locked away then being out to try and reason with your thoughts .The police that videoed her were all fired ..They should of received jail time for typing her almost mocking her ..But yes there are ways to do this there's also a method where you put a ligature around your neck and apply a stick or pencil where the knot is and keep turning till you pass out and ultimately die .. You can hear and see the police officer saying she hasn't done CPR in over 11 years so they pretty much contributed to her death .. I know most of us if not all of us are on here for support or find ways that can make CTB done the right way with out fail .. To me the system failed her like most systems do
