I'm trying to work out why partial hanging is considered unreliable, but that's all I have access to. Plus my mental situation is becoming more unbearable by the day.
Is it because it's too difficult to find the 'sweet spot'? or possibility of SI making it too easy to back out?
I've practiced several times with mixed results. As far as I can tell so far, it needs to be done quickly.
How much jerking could I expect once unconscious? I obviously don't want the grip to loosen.
I've also tried sitting in a chair and leaning forward and managed to obtain the 'sweet spot'. However I'm concerned that I may inadvertently somehow sit back up when jerking around. Any (positive) advice would be appreciated.
