paranoia

the paranoia i experience feeling that im being watched, tracked, or singled out is making me lose my mind
i know this is changing me because im more suspicious and full of distrust than ever before, even with harmless people/ people ive known for years, ive burned many bridges recently by being this way
a day doesnt pass anymore when im not believing that some ppl ive never known before will attempt to murder me if i let my guard down

I had similar thoughts when i was younger too but in a bit of a different direction. I used to think when people laugh they always exclusively laugh about me looking ugly or dumb etc. and it simply went away the older i got. I'm 40+ now and i have never felt that paranoia again. I highly doubt anyone wants to murder you, except a random crazy guy depending on where you live. In bigger cities the chance to run across a lunatic that should be in jail or better yet in the ground because he killed multiple people already is a real danger.
