Painless Poison methods?

I decided poison is the way for me to go. I have a physical disability that prohibits me from doing fiddly things so hanging is a no go and so is nitrogen because that's a fiddly method.

It's ironic that even the ways I can exit the world are limited for me because of this disability I didn't ask for.

I need some suggestions for what would be the most painless poison to do as I don't want to live in pain much longer

Opioids, sleep medicines, benzodiazepines, combining them could be lethal, this is only speculation but I think also disociative drugs like ketamine could do the job alone / combined with those above
