Help Painkillers

What is a strong painkiller that I am able to get over the counter? My method is very painful but I need prescriptions to get opioids or morphine. I've looked around but idk if many of them will even work and I dont want to accidentally OD and my mom or sisters to find out. Especially since idk when my older sister is gonna come over, she just walks in.

No none of them will work, atleast for sharp acute pain. Prescription is required for the good stuff for a reason.
Tho if you will in the US, kratom is legal in many states and works like a weak opioid.
