There are so many painful memories I have in my life that I just can't forget. Sometimes it's a trigger that causes these flashbacks and sometimes it's random and for no reason. Every now and then I get reminded of painful memories . Abuse, neglect, bullying, my impulsive behaviour. Sometimes I get so overwhelmed by all this. These are wounds that will never heal. My heart is damaged beyond repair.
