today they gave everyone on my team some kind of recognition except me. they didn't even mention my name. i doubt they just forgot about me, because i congratulated them right there. my hands are fucked from working, my back is wrecked, and i've worked overtime that i wasn't even paid for. i've never gotten any kind of recognition, not even back in school.

maybe it's because i'm not extroverted.
maybe i'm just insignificant.

I can relate whatever I do I never get the recognition or get a value for what I did. I just do what I can and I guess I'm too dumb that's why they never think about giving me an appreciation...

I can relate, but for me it has always been a sort of superpower. For example, teachers at school would often forget to call on me, and at movie theaters, I would go completely unnoticed even without a ticket (in about ten minutes after the movie had started)

I get it. I usually get treated either like I'm not there at all or like everything I do is wrong. I get treated like a kid too. And they walk to the other side of the room to talk as if I am not there. Only one person treats me like a human being but if he knew about my lifestyle he wouldn't like me anymore since he's talked about his political beliefs and I'm obviously in the realm of "shouldn't exist". Twice this month two people have texted me just to argue. So yeah. I get you.
