• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

i sadly don't have benzos as they are extremely hard to get where i live. would mixing alcohol with valerian root and/or seroquel work? alcohol alone never really lowered my SI enough.

Mixing melatonin and valerian root will make you sleepy. Im sure with the alcohol it'll exacerbate the feeling, but won't correctly imitate the CNS depression you're reaching for.
Benzos are quite difficult to find. I understand that. I've never done a test run on that specific combination of material to see how it'd affect me, but im certain it'll completely suppress your SI.
SI is inevitable for me. With whatever I choose to do, (whether it's xanax, or another depressant), I will still have SI that'll fuck me over. I feel ya
